Eleven reports, and each one answers a question

All of them with a date filter and all of them exportable to Excel.

  • Movements — intakes and outcomes by type, with the municipality of each one.
  • Veterinary procedures — what was done, with which product and from which batch.
  • Census — who is in the centre right now.
  • Historical census — who was there on a given date, without bringing anyone back.
  • Identifications — the microchips implanted, one by one.
  • Legal status — which deadline each record is in and what can be done with it.
  • Average stay — how long an animal stays, on average.

The breakdown by municipality, done

Every movement is charged to its municipality. When each council has to be accounted for separately, the split does not have to be redone.

And each council, its own

Each municipality logs in with its own account and looks up its own data whenever it wants, without asking anyone. It does not see its neighbours' data, and they do not see its own.

And the feline colonies?

The other half of what the law puts in the hands of the local authority: the colony census, the trap-neuter-return method and the accreditation of their carers.
